How to change Alternator/Water pump belt?

Crank pulley/Alternator/ Water pump belt ( according to owner's manual) got torn apart. So battery isn't charging. Looked thru all posts and could not find one about belt replacement. Can some one tell me if I should even try to do it myself? Does any one have repair manual with description?
If so, please, email or I can give my fax, if its easier. 94 J30t.
