94 olds 88 starting and running problems

Ok i have a 94 olds 88 royale with the 3800 in it. What happens is sometimes the when u turn the ignition on to start the vehicle all the dummy lights in the dash start flashing relays start clicking ect. and the vehicle will not start. If u give it about a quarter throttle it will start and run real rough if u hold the throttle in then eventually it'll run just fine. I have replaced the battery cables checked the grounds in the engine compartment replaced the throttle body gasket because it was leaking coolant from there and still this problem.. I had a friend scan the codes and it gave a code that said anti theft system shutting down the fuel pump. He has no idea what this means and im thinking maybe ignition switch but i dont know. Any suggestions would be very helpfull here.

Welcome to AF. Try and post the exact code for additional help here. Also does the security llite stay on when this happens?

I think that is - O2 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank 2 Sensor 3).

right thats all i find on the net but the code reader said it was anti theft shuttin down the fuel i dont remember the exact words on the scanner but thats basicaly it. It didnt say o2 sensor at all.. scanner is an autoxray

Your car is OBD 1 , so I'd have too look that up.
autoxray's not the best either.

And this, sounds like your battery isnt fully charged or you have connection issues.
