crower makes some very nice rods but they cost $$$$$

eagle also makes excellent rods that are good up to 600hp from what I have been reading on some forced induction forums

I would see what eagle has to offer for your d series..they have great prices as well

Eagle rods are I think $375 for the set.

I've read that some tuners say the stock rods are good for up to about 200 hp

there are alot of companies out there that sell connecting rods. maybe you could tell us how much boost your gonna run, maybe what quarter mile times you want, etc etc

i think crower rods run like $600

also companies make different rods for some uses, like there a company that sell really expensive rods, but they also sell a cheap rod, made for low boost, higher revving. so we could use more info

If I go turbo, I'd want to go with at least 10-15psi, but I know for sure stock rods cannot hold up with that, I got with a turbo 1993 Civic, ran it on 12 psi with stock rods and blew his engine...

10 psi would probably be the limit with really good tuning...any higher and you are probably going to throw a rod. Even if it does hold it will probably not hold for long. I suggest looking at the eagle rods because they are a cost efficient set of rods.
