Thumbs up Snowies replica truck thread

Ok, that other thread got me thinking about doing a replica of my truck. The search was on and I found a few things. On ebay there is a toyota truck kit that doesn't come with any chrome parts, wheels or tires.
On http://www.americansatco.com/ there are wheels that I can buy and so on. They also have Hilux models, but they are 4 door trucks and mine is a 2 door.

So this is what I'm asking. Should I buy the kit on ebay and some tires etc. from the other site? This kit also has the roll bars and grille guard that my truck has, but those are easily duplicated, I hope.
Buy the Hilux from americansatco.com and build it box stock?
Convert the Hilux to a 2 door model and call it good?

The Aoshima kit from Satco you mention - isn't it a later model to your own 1:1 pick-up? Isn't the body style different?

The Hilux kit that I saw was the same body style as mine. Just it was a 4 door and mine is 2. I think 89 was the first year for that body style. but it doesn't matter because i'm going to get the ebay kit and just buy some tires and maybe wheels from satco.
