neon help

1996 neon with two problems i can not figure out, dome light will not work, and the horn quit working, anyone had these problem?

have u checked your relay for the horn? and a possible burnt out dome bulb?

sorry i forgot to mention, blows the fuse everytime i try to replace with a new one for the dome light, also the horn relay is good, it clicks when you try the horn, hope this helps alittle, thanks

perhaps the horn is just no good, lol canadian tire or the american equivalent would have an oem replacement but for 80 bux u can get a programmable horn with a keypad lol. you may have a short in your dome light circuit or even a crossed/touching wire my rear speakers have a similar issue, sometimes my positive cable touches the frame and cuts out,
