Re: blowing fuse turning left
Looking at Alldatadiy for 1996, Fuse "N" in the power distribution box in the engine compartment is the fuel pump fuse.
From fuse "N", power goes to the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM), located in front of the battery, through the contacts of the fuel pump relay (inside the CCRM), out to pin 40 (fuel pump monitor input) of the PCM and through the inertia switch (fuel pump shutoff, located in the back passenger side, by the jack) to the fuel pump. I would look for any signs of frayed wiring.....or worse yet....any DIY wiring that someone may have tapped into that wire. I do not see any place else that the power from fuse "N" goes.

Re: blowing fuse turning left
Thanks for the help. Found a wire shorting out between the fire wall and the cut off switch was not able to find the point of the short. This cluster of wires run through the fire wall went under the drivers set and back out the floor by the center set then went back to the cut off switch. Replaced the wire and soved the problem.
