Re: ETS Light OFF Check Engine Light On

When the PCM detects a problem with the emmission system, it sets a code and disables traction control.
Have the code pulled

Re: ETS Light OFF Check Engine Light On

Totally not related, but anytime I take the '98 Cavy out and go over the railroad tracks it does the same thing. Very odd but it only does it on the railroad tracks.

Re: ETS Light OFF Check Engine Light On

We had a fair amount of snow when it happened,so I'm guessing th snow done something to the speed snesor. Also, I have to replace the hub, but with the cold, snow and no garage I haven't gotten around to it( actually finished replacing some of the fuel injectors). Right now the weather is a little warmer and sunny and the lights went off on their own.
I guess the the snow/ice metled off of the sensor and it reset itself.I'll check the sensor once I attempt the hub, whenever that will be!! Post back once completed.
Thanks to All
