Re: My Cartoon Ladies
a common error that i even make --faces are too long. eyes are not that far above the mouth area. especially girl on left. eyes way way too high up the face. get an anatomy book for artists and study facial proportions. and girl on left, shoulders too narrow. girl on far right is much better, though. even with cartoons, anatomical proportions must be somewhat heeded because here you have made realistic looking females. you did not draw snoopy comics or southpark. you are doing a sort of quasi-anime style.
keep going. |

I'm always off with facial proportions when it comes to just drawing from my head... Everything you had mentioned i couldnt agree with you more.. I would like to become a better artist when it comes to "People".. I need to practice and read up on the proportions.. Thanks again for the C&C.. |

Re: My Cartoon Ladies
yes, people and women specifically are the hardest things to draw realistically. cars are much easier.
