Would Likt To Know If 80k Is Too Many For This Year Van?

It is on the high end of the scale when it comes to mileage. I did a quick calculation figuring the earliest the van probably have been put into use was October '03. That's 39 months. Divide that into the mileage and that's 2,050 miles a month. Another way to figure it would be to divide 80,000 into 3 1/3 years with the answer being around 24,0000 miles/year. The average mileage driven a year by insurance standards ranges from 12 to 15,000/year.
I bought my second 1997 Venture back in April 2001 with 148,000 miles on it. Using the same calculations I outlined above , my van went on average of 2700 miles/month, and close to 33000 miles /year. It was a former salesman's vehicle.
