Thought of you all when I saw these models in Roswell, NM! LOL

Well, my woman is actually from Roswell, New Mexico. We got a chance to go there the other week and I broke down and visited the cheeseball museum that is dedicated to all of the UFO stuff over the last 60 years. It was actually pretty interesting to see, but really nothing too neat. But, nonetheless I went, and I saw these couple of models that supposedly show the crash sites of the UFOs.

Enjoy:

Here is the chees of the outside:

Here are the models:

I guess the German's were in on it?

For fun, here is a sad little alien after he crashed, lol:

And, what scientists thought about aliens back in the early 50's, lol:

Very hokey and excellent. I love the sad alien. I also love the Nazi Foo Fighter. Makes me wonder if they paid for those dioramas - they'd've been a ton of fun to build in any case. Where are you from, btw? I am up the road in Albuquerque, so if Roswell isn't far from you, I probably am not either.

I actually am from Colorado Springs, CO. Nicole (the fiance) is from Roswell. We met in college, and have been together for a while. I have been to Roswell previously, but never attended this museum until earlier this month. If you are from Albuquerque, then you are well aware of the weather that was present a week or so ago. We had to retuen to Colorado because of that weather.

Beautiful state though, but the bars close at 11:00.

Those dioramas are reallly cool and well built, but what grabed my attention is the last photo of the 'basic types of aliens' and the 'humanoid' and the 'big foot' looks just so much like Han Solo and Chewbacca LOL!

Thanks for the pics.

You should see all of my pics. It is amazing what they were thinking wat back then. Some really odd things happened there in the 50's, and most is still classified to this day! I think it has affected my woman, lol.
