Lightbulb how to let someone take over your loan

i need help...can someone please give me advice on how to let someone take over your payments?

refinance the Loan in their name....I woundlt reccomend letting people just make payments to you....or call the bank its financed at....ask them if they have a program that lets someone Take Over Payments

make sure the person who is taking it over is qualified to take it over, cuase the bank will say no..
but whatever you do , don't let them pay you for it.. make sure it's in their name..
