No Sound !!!

I have a 2000 Silverado with the stock Delco radio. The radio is not locked and changes channels, plays a CD... but there is NO SOUND from the speakers !???

Is there a external amplifier for these radios, and if so, where is the fuse for it?? The radio was working fine, then the battery removed and a fender replaced... now NO SOUND.

If anyone knows what this may be, please let me hear from you.

Like I said, the radio is not Locked and changes channels fine... But NO SOUND.

Thank you, Mark
