The the 3.8 is essentially a bored out 3.3 ltr engine. They are essentially the same engine. Am I 100% positive the water pump replacement procedures are the same - no. I would bet they are but, I would want to go on more than a bet. Buy a Haynes or Chiltons repair manual, like everyone should. $20 at any auto parts store or online. Many libraries have repair amnuals. Alldata.com has online manuals for a fee.
