Easiest way to change door hinges

hello guys..iv purchased 2 new door hinges(bottom ones) my car is a z24 2 door... I was wondering whats the easiest a safest way of doing this job..?? Do i need to remove the whole door..??? Dealer charges me about 250.00$ to change them. I think that is quite a bit of money there for just hinges. I also painted then to color match my car.. (silver)..
Anyone with some good tips for me.. ??
