Go to **Edited Out by Moderator** and check shift solinoid replacement threads. You ain't the first with a shift problem. It probably is the solinoids.

Sorry but I would highly recommend not referring AF members to another automotive forum. Your post has been edited. However, what we may allow is a link directly to a tech procedure or relevant thread to another automotive forum as long as it will help the AF member. No suggestion, link or url to a page that displays a registration page. Blatant recruiting or referral of members to another automotive forum is not allowed.

Re: ecm or tranny???

I had a very similar problem .... try searching for my threads. A new ECU fixed all the issues. If the shifting problem starts then goes away .... imo ... solenoids don't usually heal themselves.
