Idle problems after tune-up.
I recently put new plugs, wires, and air filter on my '94 Talon DL (1.8, automatic) and now the idle is whacked. It'll drop down to like 400 then bounce up to 1100. I'll get hesitation when accelerating but if I'm up to speed it'll drive fine.
The car ran fine until I changed the plugs, any ideas? Thanks! |

Re: Idle problems after tune-up.
Did you make sure all the sensors are plugged in correctly? Sounds like you might have a sensor unplugged. What plugs did you put in? The exact same ones that came out?

Re: Idle problems after tune-up.
I have a feeling you accidentally bumped a sensor. Do you have any CELs? Retrace your steps and see if something is unplugged.
