95 Maxima Keyless Entry issue

Hey i have a 95 maxima GLE. I bought a keyless entry module off of ebay. i just programmed it myself the standard way following these online forums. for some reason when i press unlock once the driver door doesnt open. when i press it twice the other three doors open but the driver door still doesnt open. same thing with locking. when i press lock once nothing happens, where as the driver door should lock. (right?) but when I press lock twice the back doors and the passenger door locks but not the driver door. guys any idea why this is hapening? module seem to be fine cos when i hold the unlock button down the front windows go down too.
HELP HELP HELP!!!

Driver door lock not workin at all?

Wiring/motor ? prblem; check http://www.cardomain.com/ride/748507/13

Some non remote equipped Nissans also miss the drivers doorlock motor alltogether. Installing a remote then also requires buying/installin this motor. Or cannibalizing it out from your drivers side rear door...

Re: 95 Maxima Keyless Entry issue

no dont get me wrong. the driver door opens and closes fine with the key but it does not work with the remote keyless entry. even from the inside when i just use the master switch on the driver door to lock the doors the driver door doesnt close. why do you think this happens?

do you think its some dumb safety feature??

Re: 95 Maxima Keyless Entry issue

Lets ask this way: Driver door lock -MOTOR- broken -OR- missing alltogether?

Key turning doesnt require motor but key person... hand turning activates key-switch [in the drivers lock] ... giving signal to ctrl module. The module then closes/opens all workin/motorized doors.

Check all the 'Favorite linkS' on referred webpage.
