There's no such thing as a kit. You'll need someone with a lot of metal work experience to do it for you, and it will certainly cost you a lot. Not to mention that the sides of the tail lights are curved a lot different than the back of a del sol. I know a guy who has the conversion done on his Civic coupe. He had to add wide fenders to the back to have the tail lights sit flush.

Actually, I've seen full Sol to s2000 rear end conversions on ebay. You might check there.
