99 Malibu: how to remove blower motor? Replace blower wiring harness?

99 Malibu: The wiring harness plugging into the motor's female receptacle makes only intermittent connection, acts like there's a broken wire. The problem could be in the wiring harness or on the motor side.
Question 1: What is the procedure to remove the blower motor? I can access 2 of the 3 bolts. How do I get at the 3rd bolt which is hidden above the body control module?
Question 2: What is the procedure to remove/replace the wiring harness? I can access the 2 plug-ins at the blower motor resistor and blower motor. How do I get at the other plugs?
