The 2001 Grand Prix GT now has 123,000 kms, when is the suggested time to replace the plugs?

Re: Spark Plugs

According to GM the OEM AC Delco Platinum (Double) spark plugs are supposedly good to 100K miles or 160,000 kms.

However, I would replace them before that interval. Right now you have around 76,000 miles which is a good time to replace them. However, I would consider replacing the ignition wires at the same time. The AC Delco Premium Silicone 7mm wires.
