Any substitute for center caps?

The rims on my GT never came with center caps. They are the kind that cover the lugs entirely, so right now, i have a gaping black hole in the center of these really nice looking rims.

I just wanted to know if there were any ways to make that black hole look "better". Centercaps for these rims are not available anywhere, even the manufacturer does not stock them anymore (model was discontinued 4 years ago). Do people ever make duplicate, custom caps? Is there any sort of common remedy to this, if original centercaps can't be purchased?

Your best bet would be to surf the web and see what you can find, there has to be something out there, at least something that's similar that will fit, it may not be exact but anything it is better than a big hole. And I'm sure there are custom cap manufacturers, but I'm guessing they aren't cheap, hell, check it out anyways, it's always worth a shot.

Re: Any substitute for center caps?

Sorry I took so long.

The rims are ADR Version II's, 18x9's. The center caps look like they use an allen key / hex wrench thing (two of them, encircled in one of the pics below). I'm not sure if one could custom make those. I've searched all over for center caps for these rims, but since they were discontinued a long time ago, no one has em.

Re: Any substitute for center caps?

You might try emailing this company and see if they are able to get center caps for your wheels still...

**If your wheel has been discontinued we will not be able to buy a cap for your wheel.**

I'll e-mail then regardless! Keeping my fingers crossed.
