Sunroofs?

I know ppl have probably done this in the past but is it possible ta covert the crank sunroof on the 93 vr4s ta a motorized one.. if so how hard is it dont anyone know or has anyone actually done it ?

i dont know how hard it is, but i know its possible because mine has been converted.

well, theres an alternate route, there a vr4 spyder on ebay for $5600 USD. been in storage looks great, has like 35k on it or something.

Yea i rather not have to buy a nother 3000gt jsut for the sun roof or convertable... im going to school at the time and i can do it there but i kinda need to know what im looking at cost wise for parts and also how much work n details have to go into the job if anyone knows where i can find it or ne one whos done it please let me know.

I seriously hope you figured out that was another scam before you gave some guy in Nigeria your bank info. They hijack ebay accounts and put up spyders using cardomain pics 3x a week.

nope, i'm happy with my 92 stealth tt, tho i would like to know basically the same thing, how much would it b to put a sunroof in a 3/s that dsnt have it

internet search. theres plenty of places that do aftermarket sunroofs. just gotta find one close enough to you.

I highly doubt that, you probably have an aftermarket one that was put in a car
that never had a sunroof.

99% sure thats what was done. Otherwise they would have had to weld sheet metal to the top of your car and paint it to match.

A lot of people actually prefer the 1st style of sunroof since it can be removed and placed in the hatch. I know I liked it better.

i have a question, not really about sunroofs, but kinda is. was either the 3/s offered with t-tops? cause i like those more than sunroofs, or were they ever offered with a removable roof?
