I just wanted say that it's a pleasure to own a firebird. Since I just put it on the road last thursday and have been driving it around ( I love the feeling of driving this car) everybody has been giving me great props about the car.

Re: Props

i gotta say tho.. my V6 could take turns faster then the 8..with new suspension parts. the lighter engine made a huge diff. its easier to compensate too, when you start sliding..

in hawaii we have this mountain called tantalus. crazy turns, uphill/downhill 180 turns

i took the 6'er up..it gave me no probs.. i screeched turns everything but easy to control..

took my formula, with the sports suspension and everything.. slid out 3-4 times.

Dont get to excited around here... Most people online or otherwise dont care very much for third gens. They are the least popular, and certainly the cheapest and easiest to find.

Re: Props

I don't know about that. Fishtailing and donuts in a ice/snow filled parking lot can be fun too.
