1998 Chrysler Sebring LXi Coupe stalls makes weird noise in park or at low speed.

I only hear it at low speed or in park, but it could be just that it is quiet. This sounds kind of like a ringing in your ear kind of noise. Almost as if someone set off fireworks and it is now ringing in your ear. It is not very loud but it is constant and noticeable. I believe it is coming from the front of the car but cannot be sure. Any help is welcomed thanks.
