'99 4runner - loud at 70mph?

My truck just started getting louder/more vibrational than usual when I hit around 70mph. It's related to the accelerator being engaged. When coasting, there is no excess noise or vibration, so I doubt it's the tires or alignment.
Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

If they are worn, yes. Need to look at them first to determine if the u-joints are really the problem.

Thanks again, KimMG.
You were right. It was my right-rear U-joint.
