Free Laptop
Hey everyone. I know people are always looking for laptops so they can run DSMLINK. I have one sitting in my room that I was given that I want to get rid of. When I got it, I was told it doesn't work but from the description of the problem, it seems as if it only needs a new HD. It is also missing the power cord so you'd have to figure out where to get one of those.
It is an IBM Thinkpad A20m. It has a Celeron sticker on it as well as a Designed for Windows 98 sticker so it is pretty old. It's got a CD drive, a 1.44" floppy and a spare 1.44" floppy drive. On the back is a serial port and one USB port so it would be perfect for LINK. I don't know any of the other specs or what is actually wrong with it or anything so if you want to try to make it work, thats your thing. I'd like whoever wants it to reimburse shipping if possible. Send a PM and we can work it out. First come, first serve type of deal.
