sub not working
hey all
i have just anstalled a kenwood kdc-mp333 head unit and my problem is when i listen to the radio the sub works perfectly but when i switch to cd mode itr stops working. there is a wire that has p-cont(think it means power continuous or something). I am not sure if im supposed to connect that wire to something to make the amp work as i've never seen that color wire(blue/white stripe) Help asap would be greatly appreciated Thanks |

Re: sub not working
the problem is most likely that you have connected the power antenna wire to the amp auto-turnon, it is only powered when the radio is on. There is a dedicated auto turnon wire on the headunit you're supposed to use.

Re: sub not working
Yeah they're right because I had the same problem with mine when i first hooked up my system...it usually is the blue and white wire. You may have connected it to the solid blue wire.
