Fuel filters are back by side/front /rear of fuel tank.
Some quick coupler and or bolt on lines or both.
Any ABS lights on or coming on?
Any red brake light?
Front or rear or both lock up?

No on tank remove.
The filter will be in back of tank or right front of tank.
Just follow the fuel line back to the tank and you will find it.
On the brakes check the rear brakes and master cylinder for proper operation.

If its like my car,its under the car on the passenger side and no you dont have to remove the gas tank. You need a wrench or a pair of pliers I can help you more if I get the year model. Be sure to spray WD-40 on it adter installation so it doesn't rust on or you'll have another problem on your hands!
