Horn plate for steering wheel

anyone know where I can get a horn plate for the steering wheel? the old one has been beat to hell by the last owner.. I would prefer something atleast refurbished.. just mainly because the secondary wire that runs to a switch and then from there to my fuse box is something I had to install just to get to pass safety.. prolly have to use it again this year since registration is due.. but it would be easier to let some morons on the road know they did something wrong, like cut me off..

Try a local salvage yard.
They should have one fairly cheap.
