Welcome to the forum!

What year is your Taurus? Also, punctuation would be appreciated so we can tell where one thought ends and the next begins.

Re: power windows help!!!!

It looks like there should be a 30 amp circuit breaker in location 4 of the engine compartment fuse/relay panel that powers the Accessory Delay relay in the instrument panel fuse box.

In the instrument panel fuse box, there is a 10A fuse in location 27 that provides power for the Battery Saver Relay and the Interior Lamp Relay.

From my quick look over the wiring diagrams, it appears that one item common to both the interior light and the power windows is the Generic Electronic Module (GEM). Let's hope it's not the GEM, but rather a fuse for the GEM. Be sure to check fuses 8, 12, 20, and 23 in the Instrument Panel fuse box and the circuit breaker in the engine compartment fuse/relay panel mentioned above.
