Want to mod!

Hey guys. I'm new here, and new to having a car actually worth modding!

Anyway, I'm looking for some suggestions on what to do with my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix. I'd like performance as well as appearence. I'm already going to get some tinting and wheels, but I am open to suggestions on specifics (like what wheels look good on this car, what a good tinting is that is dark but not dark enough to get pulled over for, etc.).

I'd really like to get a good intake/exhaust system going, including a nice sounding muffler (loud but not ridiculously loud... I don't want to overdo it ) I also want chrome door handles, and POSSIBLY some trim. If anyone knows some good brands for the intake/exhaust let me know, and if anyone knows some door handles (chrome) that will fit my car please share. A chrome fuel door would be nice too but that's not high priority for me.

My car is black. I really want to chrome it out. The interior lighting is red. I want to keep everything matching so basically all I have is Chrome, Black, and Red.

I've actually already searched numerous places, including cardomain.com and pfyc.com. Both have SOME available for my car, but not a good selection.

My budget is about $500 - $1500 for a set of wheels, $100 - $500 for exhaust, $100 - $500 for intake, and probably like $50 - $500 total for all the little "extras" like the handles and fuel door. DEFINITELY open to some cheaper prices, I'm just really looking for quality... I don't think I can go much higher though.

All suggestions welcome and much appreciated!

Re: Want to mod!

Well, as for as the red lights in the car, put red bulbs in place of the white ones(the ones that go on when a door opens) Air intake--K&N is good. Wheels---Just see how much your stock rims weigh and find something simluler in weight, you still want preformance and good gas mi. Grills inserts are cool. Silverstar head lights work great. Ohh yeah...i have an 06 as well. Stealth gray!

Re: Want to mod!

I just got a 110 dollar tint ticket in columbus, ohio last week. Oly 3 days after getting it put on I got my ticket. I had 15% all the way around, but now I have 15% all the way around except the 2 front windows. They have no tint on them anymore.....
