no a/c

I have a 2000 intrepid which i really love, the only problem i have is that when i turn the a/c on it does not get cold, have refilled freon only lasts about 2 weeks, cleaned fans...any ideas?

DIdn't they check for leaks before refilling ? THis seems to be the most probable cause....But is New Jersey that warm at this time of the year?...suggest you wait for spring..unless you have other weird symptoms
