306 turbo diesel

i want to turn the boost up in my peugeot 306 td.
i found a guy who wants to charge £150 but id rather do it myself, has anyone turned the boost up and want to tell me how to do it?
i was going to get a tuning box but was put off by price and bad reports.
for some reason i seem to have a v.good engine, no breathing and never had any problems.
bosch injector type.

another problem ive fixed: central locking, when i pressed button on key lock would go down and the back up. sometimes stay down for minutes and suddenly come back up. i used to lock up for the night and come out in the morning to find doors unlocked. PROBLEM WAS LOOSE MALE TO FEMALE CONNECTER CLOSE TO DOOR HANDLE ON DRIVER SIDE (SORTED)
Knocking noise on bumpy roads Antil roll arm £12each did both sorted
Knocking noise in boot sounded like someone dropping brick in boot Axle bush (small) £25 sorted
track rod end £14 sorted

306's r knocky bastard but they can be sorted.
by the way the reason i keep the bitch: Full tank on a run driving under 2500rpm 740miles

using turbo beating golf tdi 130, passat td1 130, audi tdi 130 i get 440 miles to a full tank. (RED OF COURSE )
cant keep up with the golf tdi 150 thats y i want to bring the boost up.

Thumbs up boost increase

I recently got the flow increased and boy did it make a difference

Cost £130 and worth every penny.
Since putting on the khan copies 17" the car had become slower to pickup and getting the flow turned up has made it more nippy through the gears. It seems to pick up for longer and no lag whatsoever.

The only downfall is more black smoke but its behind me so i dont give a four X.

the only thing that really annoys me about the 306 is the self ajusters on the rear drums, they dont self ajust half the time and my rear driver side doesnt ajust at all.

re boot lock

dito, i recently had the same problem with boot lock but opposite, boot stayed open after click.

if it the same problem it will cost you a fiver if u do it yerself. its a black box about 2 inch * 1 1/2, solnoid i think u call it. mine jammed tight but still made clicking noise.

it has a metal rod connected to it which moves back and forward and two screws. its a gift to change.

good luck
