giddy feeling

so how often do you guys get that giddy weird feeling inside? it seems that i get it quite alot about many girls, i imediately dismiss it though knowing that i really don't know them and knowing that it's rediculous to have any kind of feelings about a girl without knowing them more. i think it might just be that i'm feeling a bit lonely at the moment because of the transition from a small school where you know everyone to a school with over 20,000 people, it can get a bit overwhelming at times. anyways, it seems that most girls that i become friends with give me that feeling, not the feeling that you love them or anything like that, just some weird feeling inside.

Re: giddy feeling

Yeah, I know what you mean. There's this one girl I've had my eye on for a while. I don't even know her but I still get that feeling.

Re: giddy feeling

Its just gas. Damn that Taco Bell.

In all seriousness, thats just how you know if you're attracted to someone. You don't get that feeling when you're talking a girl you've known for a long time and don't like right? And I'm assuming its the same if you're talkin to an ugly chick right?

Thats how it works for me atleast.

Re: giddy feeling

well this is sort of on the same topic.

so there's this girl, and i'm a bit attracted to her, i mean she's pretty good looking, she's funny, cool, etc. but there was nothing special there. anyways last night a bunch of us engineers (yes she's in engineering) went out for dinner, casino, then to someones house for drinks. well she invited this guy who she liked (which really surprised me, he's not exactly the guy i'd see her with. he's way to crazy and that kind of thing, and she's way to innocent for him) and all of a sudden i started feeling jealous. it was funny though, at first i was getting jealous, then i caught myself and just figured "just let it be, who gives a damn, if it happens, it happens, if not, there's plenty of other girls here." but i just found it kinda funny how i instantly got more attracted to her when i found out she liked some other guy.

on a different topic, i won $60 at the casino, and started chatting up her friend (also in engineering, also good looking, cool, etc. but this one was a rower us rowers gotta stick together). the thing i use to keep me not really caring what happens with girls and stuff is that my university has over 20,000 students, and there's something like a 3:1 or 4:1 girl:guy ratio so there are plenty of girls.
