Mini foto studio - what do you think?

I just saw this little foto studio. Would it work for taking fotos of my model cars? And will these lamps work with it?

Pretty much. Can't really tell about the lamps.

If you're crafty (which you really ought to be if you're hanging around this forum) you can build your own light box for about half that price...

Re: Mini foto studio - what do you think?

I'd have to say yes it will work but I side with Jay! in that it is very easy to make one yourself. I use one all the time that I made out of a cardboard box, some tape and the super thin white plastic from a supermarket bag. I followed the advise in this link.
http://strobist.blogspot.com/2006/07...to-studio.html The best part about making your own is you can make it as big as you need by using a bigger box. I can't help with the lights as I just use two cheap halogen desk lamps. I can highly recommend using something like this as my photos have really improved since I started using one.
