Key Programming HELP Tribute 2001

I have Bought a 2001 Mazada Tribute. It came with one key i have bought an extra Key But it will Not to start the Car.

Can Someone please tell me how to Program my new Keys to the Car.

The key is coded...electronically I think...and needs to be ordered from the dealer.

looks like I'm a little late getting here, but just in case some one else needs the info, here goes.
1st) You must have 2 active, working keys
2nd) If the car allows for remote programming, you can enter the programming mode so it will recognize the third key and allow it to work. The key has a transponder or emitter in it and has to be "recognized" by the car.
3rd) you are done

If the vehicle does not allow for programming access, it must be done by a dealer or possibly a keyless specialty shop or even possibly a few good lock smiths that have invested in the technology.
