190e vs starion/conquest
I have two choices for projects that Im looking to start. Both cars carry roughly the same curb weight of 3000lbs. Where they differ is one is 4 door and th e other is two. Now both these cars will be recieving engine swap probably to a chevy or ford v6, Im kind of in favor of the 4.3L. I have owned one conquest before and loved the car but just thought it didnt have enough power. I cant seem to find any information on the conquest/starion swap. There is however a fair amount of information on the 190e. Any help would be great. Opinions are also greatly needed. Thanks,

Re: 190e vs starion/conquest
Are these US spec cars?
If the US starion your talking about is anything like the Starion I know about (early Mitsi, with a 2.4L, or 2.0L engine) then you might want to measure the engine bay before thinking about a V8

Re: 190e vs starion/conquest
It is the US mitsubishi starion or chrysler conquest. Both were 2.6l g54b 4cyl with turbo and intercooler, and most importantly RWD. People have done lsx in these cars before. And I was asking about a 4.3l v6 from chevy. This thread to help me here other people's opinions. Thanks,

Re: 190e vs starion/conquest
you should speak to musashi about the starion project, he had one for a while but gave it up cause it had too much rust building on it so he couldnt save it.
