1996-1997 vr6 glx 5speed keeps blowing the fuse in the engine the #5

first engine light, the air bag light, then abs light, where coming on. now the head lights, windshield wipers, are not working and heater air is not blowing, but my main concern is the engine fan is not coming on and engine is acting weak when i start it. im not driving it, ive checked all the fuses, i really need my car. i dont know what to do.
