Fuel sending unit
Has anyone ever replaced the fuel sending unit on a 2000 Rodeo?

Re: Fuel sending unit
Yes I had it done at the dealership about a year and 1/2 ago. It cost me about $400 dollars. When you decide to have it done make sure your gas tank is also empty because the part that is bad is located inside the tank. The are some other posts on here that did the job themselves. Most of the cost is labor, the part is not that expensive.

Re: Fuel sending unit
I did mine myself w/ a some help from a friend in about 2 hours. Really not that bad if you can do basic mechanical work. Biggest thing is like the others said make sure it is as empty of gas as possible, this makes getting the tank down a lot easier.
