No Start Code 1351 & 1300 97 K3500 454

Truck won't start, doesn't even sound like it is trying to fire at all, it just turns over. I have put in new coil, ignition module, fuel pump, fuel pump relay and new spark plugs. It has fuel and spark. My code reader will no longer clear either of these codes. What else could be wrong????

OK, I looked up the code descriptions:

P1351-Ignition Coil Control Circuit High Voltage
P1300-Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected

How does the spark look? Is it a strong blue spark? Have you checked all the fuses? What kind of feed voltage are you getting to the ignition control module?

Good luck

All is well, problem solved. The rotor had broke, a portion of the contact actually broke off. I didn't see it the first time I pulled the cap. One problem still exists. I cannot clear the code 1300. It does not acuate the SES light, but when you read the computer it still comes up. It has done this for 5 years now. Nobody seems to know why, not even the dealer.
