sqeak
when i move at all i hear a high pitched sqeak until i get going fast, its probaly still there i just dont hear it,sounds like its my ball joints or something? any idea what this could be

What year, type vehicle, and how many miles.
Check the u-joints on the drive shaft. |

Lot's of grease, can never have too much, and get under the truck and spray the hell out of it with white lithium grease. Worked wonders for me and acts as a rust inhibitor. Let us know how you make out.

upper ball joints are hard to reach and are often missed by garage at lube time. My squeak goes away after i add grease to both.

A redundant reply but LOTS OF GREASE. I had a squeak and greased the crap out of my front end and now all is good.
