2001 Sierra 2500 HD NO HORN
Here is the deal....i have no horn when I apply it at the steering wheel but when i chirp the alarm key it will cirp slightly. I have checked all the fuses and relays and all seem fine. Any ideas?

If not jumper 12 volts to it and see if horn works. If not check dark green wiring to horn or horns. Also check horn ground on left rad support bracket

I would look at the horn pad and its wiring as being the fault. Remove the relay and use a test light between the circuits on the coil side at the fuse box and depress the horn pad..if the light doesn't work, that will confirm my idea.
