roller parts

i hear about a lot of people putting roller rockers into their old engines in search of more power, but rarely do i hear of people using a roller cam and lifter combo.

it might just be me, but roller rockers dont seem like they would help do much any better than standard rockers. a set of roller lifters and a roller cam however seems like it would reduce a lot more friction, not to mention that it allows more agressive cam profiles in general.

if i was trying to get lots of bang for the buck, i'd go for a roller cam and roller hydraulic lifters.
well, if i really wanted power, i'd go DOHC, but that really ignores the buck part of the bang/buck equation.
