99 Cavalier Fuse Box

Is there another fuse box for the 99 Cavalier, other than the one under the hood? My cigarette lighter quit working and my back defrost has also quit working. My ETS light has come on also, so I'm guessing i have a fuse problem.

drivers side end of the dash .door has to be open to see it . owners manual will have lineup for fuses
