Heater AC and Lights Problems

Ok I have a 2001 JXi Sedan and I have a few issues.

1. Heater cuts in and out.

2. AC cuts in and out.

3. Dash lights flicker on and off sometimes.

Anyone have any suggestions before I take it to the shop.

check the connectors at the bcm, all grounds, fuses, battery cables
