91 RS 3.1 vacuum line help needed & update

Well the father / son project is getting better. We had many issues in getting the "attempted theft" car on the road. The first month was in and out of the shop with a new computer control unit and other odds/ends, couple of tow's as well. The codes would not lock in, coming and going at the car's whim, so I looked at the big picture, and took a stab at the local bone yard. Found a 92 firebird 3.1 and started cross referencing all the sensors, etc., that may make a difference and were compatable.

Replaced the throttle body with assc parts of IAC,TPS and the like. The MAP also switched out -.... no luck - still ran / died / a total crappy outcome but the parts were like new ?? "Time to re-evaluate and try again...."

Went back again and pulled off the EST from distributor and then found a 91 Lumina 3.1 with a new EGR valve. Did the EST unit and EGR, and the car now runs great, better than it ever has !!!!!!!!

This is where I need some help folks..
I had the shop check and make sure the vacuum lines were all routed correctly, I looked and they are not.

I looked at the diagram and the routes don't match up. I can see the smaller line going from the throttle body to the fuel pressure valve, and then the diagram has it going to the air pump but I can't fine a small line from the air pump into a 't" that would also go into the fuel pressure valve... and associated lines. I have a chilton book, car sticker and the like but diagrams aren't working out for me.

If anybody can supply me with real life photo's showing exactly what vacuum lines goes where I will forever be in debt to you. The shop tried and there are "t's" that don't match up and I'm getting confused with line drawings.

THANKS !!!!

Stan
