hottt ground

ok ive got a 95 bonn 160k.my grounds at the battery and interior are getting real hott especially at the ground buss on drivers side under carpet.would this be to lack of ground?also if i move the buss around different thing on the interior will go on n off so im thinkin ive got a short is there a better way i can do this buss a new block or somthing after i cut all the wires back and put new ends on them.thx

Could be a sign of higher resistance. Clean them throughly and check them again. Good Luck.
