Re: The new ways to get across the border...

that was one POOR attempt at "re-creating" a seat. The border guard would have to be really stupid not to notice that. The one in the dash cracks me up too. I can see the car's owner now posting on this site: "I have this strange rattle sound coming from inside my dash. Any ideas of what could be causing it?" Or. "There's this strange odor emanating from my dash whenever I turn on the heat. What could be causing that?"
EDIT: I'm "tempted" to save that article and post it in one of the forums when someone asks about a strange noise in their dash and what could be the cause I could see someone like Leno, or Letterman poking fun at this story on their show.

That seat looks like it has poor lumbar support.

are you guys nuts? that's the best bucket i've seen yet, hugs you on those tight curves like no other seat out there!
edit: go off-roading and it might even get a little too friendly with you

Re: The new ways to get across the border...

I have to admit that the in-dash occupant was pretty clever. If they could have gotten all the trim back in place to look right, it probably could have been pulled off.
