2003 corolla dash fit problems

Has anyone had problems with the fit of the dash on new corolla's?

I have the same problem. Dash separated from vent/radio housing. They can't fix it, i've had it in the shop twice. They put in a new piece and thrashed it, looks worse now. I will not be buying another Toyota. I have paint problems too.
