02 silverado headrest removal

what's the trick to get the headrest off of the seats on a 02 silverado with cloth seats....thanks for the help

I don't know if it is different for cloth seats, but on my leather seats there is a pinhole at the plastic base where the headrest goes into the seat. Pushing something (paperclip works) in this hole while lifting the headrest releases it.
